Our Story
Formula Sports Lab was born from a passion to create something different—something real—for the next generation of athletes. As a former athlete, coach, and someone who’s worked in labs and human development, I saw firsthand the gaps in how we support young players: unhealthy sports drinks, cookie-cutter coaching, and a lack of resources that meet kids where they are. I created Formula Sports Lab to change that. We started with Energy IV, a clean, rehydrating sports drink designed specifically for youth—no dyes, low sugar, and packed with what they need to perform and recover. But it didn’t stop there.
