What Are Formula Sports Lab Coaching Workshops?

I’ve spent over a decade coaching youth sports, particularly basketball, with a deep focus on connection, development, and character. My background includes a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, work in analytical labs, and experience in corporate HR, where I honed my skills in training, strategy, and leadership development.
